WHY DON’T WE DO THIS?
As entrepreneurs one of the things that we don’t do very well that can absolutely increase sales in our business is share testimonials! We know what our happy clients think of our work, we hear them tell us all the time and we assume others know too, but the reality is, they don’t know if we aren’t sharing.
If you have happy clients, if you have made a difference in someone’s life, I encourage you to take some time and get testimonials! Written testimonials are great and videos are even better. And you know what? Most happy clients are excited to share the transformation they got from working with you!
MY BIGGEST TIP? Make it easy for someone to give you their testimonial. Ask them for just two short sentences, or a short story and even better ask them if you can video tape them answering just 3 simple questions in an interview with you. (people love interviews)
ACTION STEP? Who do you know right now that you can ask for a testimonial? Next, I encourage you to make a goal to get it from them in the next 7 days! And to get them to move quickly, can you offer something in exchange for the testimonial? Maybe a plug on your facebook page or website with a link to their website?
I’m sure you will agree, hearing these ladies tell what the training did for them is way more powerful then if I told you myself.
